What your home cleaner can do

What she cannot do
The law sets strict limits on service vouchers. Cleaning the windows, on the other hand, is indeed allowed, inside as well as outside. For safety reasons, our home cleaners do not work at height: that is our own internal rule, not a legal ban. The following are not allowed by law:
- Gardening and outdoor maintenance
- Childcare and personal care
- Odd jobs, painting, minor repairs
- Cleaning business premises
- Looking after and caring for pets
What it costs
One service voucher is worth one hour of work. Its price depends on your region and on the number of vouchers bought during the year.

This is our only real difference, and it is the one that counts. At many agencies, you have no idea who will ring your doorbell on Tuesday. With us, you meet your home cleaner before the first visit, and she is the one who comes back.
When she is ill or on leave, we let you know and suggest someone else — we do not impose anyone on you.

How much does a service voucher cost in 2026?
Between 10,00 € and 14,00 € depending on your region and the number of vouchers bought during the year. In Brussels, 11,40 € for the first 300 and then 14,00 €. In Wallonia, 10,60 € to start with, and a 0,90 € tax reduction on the first 150 vouchers. In Flanders, 10,00 € up to the 400th voucher.
Do service vouchers still give a tax reduction in 2026?
Only in Wallonia, up to 0,90 € per voucher on the first 150 bought during the year. In Brussels, the tax advantage was abolished on 1 January 2026; in Flanders, on 1 January 2025.
How much cleaning time does one service voucher cover?
Exactly one hour. Three hours of work = three vouchers.
Where do you buy service vouchers?
From Pluxee, the body appointed by the regions. Neither Milhomem Group nor any other agency sells them. Registration is free and takes a few minutes online.
Will I always have the same home cleaner?
Yes, that is the whole idea. You meet your home cleaner before the first visit and she is the one who comes back every week. If she is ill or on leave, we let you know and suggest a replacement — you remain free to say no.
Do I have to provide the products and the equipment?
For a home cleaner, yes: the products and the vacuum cleaner are the ones in the house. That is the rule across the sector, and it is also better for your surfaces. For deep cleaning and professional cleaning, we bring everything.
