How service vouchers work
From registering with Pluxee to the first visit, here is the full process. Allow about ten days between your registration and the first hour of cleaning.
You register with Pluxee
Free, online, five minutes. You receive a user number.
You order your vouchers
By bank transfer. Electronic vouchers are available within 24 hours of the payment being received, paper ones are posted within 5 working days. They are valid for 6 months in Brussels, 8 months in Wallonia and 12 months in Flanders.
You choose an accredited company
It must be accredited in the region where you live — without that accreditation, your vouchers cannot be used with it. Milhomem Group est agréée en Brussels et Walloon Brabant et Flemish Brabant.
We introduce you to your home cleaner
You meet her before the first visit.
She comes, you validate
One voucher per hour, online or on paper.
You reorder whenever you want

Where do you buy service vouchers?
From Pluxee, the body appointed by the regions. Neither Milhomem Group nor any other agency sells them. Registration is free and is done online in a few minutes.
How much cleaning time does one service voucher cover?
Exactly one hour. Three hours of work = three vouchers.
How long does a service voucher stay valid?
Six months in Brussels, eight months in Wallonia, twelve months in Flanders. The period runs from the date of issue for a paper voucher, and from the date it is made available for an electronic voucher.
Can I use service vouchers to clean my office?
No. Service vouchers are reserved for the private homes of individuals. For business premises, you need an ordinary cleaning contract, with an invoice and VAT. We offer both, but they are two separate services.
